THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES TO YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF ONLINE SERVICES OFFERED BY HONEY DEW ASSOCIATES, INC. INCLUDING THE HONEY DEW DONUTS® WEBSITE, AND ANY OTHER ONLINE SERVICE NOW OR HEREAFTER EXISTING INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MOBILE APPLICATIONS, LOYALTY PROGRAMS, AND STORED VALUE CARDS (“ONLINE SERVICES”). (“HDA”) is the franchisor of Honey Dew Donuts® Shops, owns the Honey Dew Donuts® methods of operation, and operates its business and its Online Services from within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Laws where you live may differ.

Yes, we and/or our agents do collect information about visitors to our website and may share that information with third parties in certain circumstances, but only in accordance with this Privacy Policy   By submission of your personal information to us or our agents, through the use of the Online Services, you consent to the transfer of your personal information and its use and disclosure in accordance with applicable laws of the United States, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and this Privacy Policy. 

The information collected includes information which identifies you such as your name, address, phone numbers, and e-mail address.  We also collect administrative information, such as the user name and password you use on our site, identification information regarding the system from which you access our site, including the IP address.  Note:   Your IP address is a unique number assigned to your computer which identifies you while on the worldwide web.  When you use our site, our servers log your IP address.

If you participate in promotional events, the data we collect may also include any personal information required for administration of the promotion.  If you use a mobile application, such data will include your geolocation, but only if you consent to it.  If you place an online order, such data will include any financial information you provide such as financial account or credit card information. If you are applying for a franchise, such data will include your date of birth, social security number, employment information and any related contact information. We may utilize and/or combine any demographic information or other information provided by you on its own or in combination of other users of our Online Services.

HDA and its agents will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children.  If your child (under the age of 18) has provided us with personally identifiable information through our Online Services, you may utilize “Contact Us” to request that such information be deleted from our records.

We also collect information which does not identify you such as your browser, device and operating system information, mobile application usage data, aggregated information such as “click stream” information such as entry and exit points for the Online Services (including referring URLs or domains), traffic statistics for our Online Services including page views, and impressions; and all information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies.
