Official Entry Rules

1) How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary. Honey Dew Associates, Inc. (the Sponsor) is offering the "Gift Card Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") and will award a $50.00 Gift Card via a monthly random selection of valid entrants. To enter the sweepstakes visit the Honey Dew Donuts® website at www.honeydewdonuts.com, Click on the "Win IT!" banner on the right side of the home page and complete the registration form with your first name, last name, email address and zip code. The promotional period ends Decmber 31, 2010 with drawings taking place the last day of each month including December 2010, at 5:00 pm EST.

There is a limit of one submission per person, per Promotion Period. Email and hard mail address submissions must be those belonging to the entrant and be valid in order to claim a prize. Only one prize will be awarded per person and per address in any one promotional period.

2) Prize: (1) $50.00 Honey Dew Donuts® Gift Card good at participating locations. One card will be awarded each month on the last day of each month.

3) Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, 18 years of age or older. As a condition of being named a valid winner, selected entrant will be required to provide proof of eligibility criteria. Promotion void where prohibited. Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Sponsor, Psynchronous Communications, Inc., their affiliated companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any company involved in the design, execution or production of the promotion are not eligible.

4) General: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by an independent judging organization from all valid entries on the last day of each month. Winner will receive notification by email. Failure to respond within (10) days of the date of notification will result in forfeiture of prize, in which case an alternate winner will be selected.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor as final in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to release Sponsor and any participating companies to this promotion, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

All entries are the property of the Sponsor. Any attempt by an entrant to interfere with the operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. If in Sponsor's opinion, there are entries, which have been generated by any type of automated or automated repetitive process, Sponsor has the option to invalidate such entries. If in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical or other difficulties outside of Sponsor's control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and in such event to select a winner through a random drawing from among all valid entries received before such termination.
