We are not responsible for any delay in our receipt of your submission for any reason or our failure, for any reason, to receive your submission. Finalists are participants in this Contest and will be disqualified unless in compliance with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. The winning of a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements and verification of the underlying story upon which your nomination was based. Certification of a Winner’s social security number and execution of a tax form shall be required before any payment is issued. Failure to comply within seventy two hours of notice will be grounds for disqualification. Inaccuracies in the information provided in the nomination procedure, or for the voting, will result in disqualification of a Finalist or Winner at any time. If a Finalist cannot be contacted or fails to submit the required materials within the required time period (if applicable), or a prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a Finalist is disqualified, all of the Finalists rights to a prize are forfeited. Prior to the opening of voting, a disqualified Finalist may be replaced by the Sponsor with a nominee selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prior to the awarding of prizes, a disqualified Winner may be replaced by the Sponsor with a qualified Finalist selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
